Counter

They say the best defense is a good offense. Well, the counter skill takes
care of both, turning an enemy’s attack aside and flowing right into a
countering offensive move. Like parry, counter works best with a weapon,
and can only limit (not entirely defeat) damage from the enemy’s attack without
one. Like dodge and parry both, counter works automatically while in a fight;
there is no need to trigger any of them. You can not gain counter until you
are fully proficient (85%+) in parry.
