Learn

To learn some new weaves of the One Power, a player must approach another player
and ask to be taught. Guilds may have separate rules towards teaching their
weaves, best to check with your guild leader. In order to teach a weave, a
character must have a proficiency in that weave. In order to learn a new weave,
the pupil must have the trains necessary(this varies from 1 to 4, some even higher)
and be the appropriate level to learn the weave.
