Scrolls

Scrolls are items found on creatures, are penned by characters, which detail
the usage of weaves. New weaves may be learned from a scroll by studying it,
if you have the scrolls skill learned to a moderate percent. Weaves written
on such parchments may also be used as they are to bring about the effects of
the weaves scribed upon them by reciting the words.
