Tuathaan

The Travelling People, while not actually a race unto themselves, are
so radically varied from other people of the world, that they are often
considered such. Tuatha’an travel in large bands of covered wagons.
Their clothes are always very bright and colorful, often to the point of
begin offensive, or hard on the eyes. Tuatha’an will never commit an
act of violence. A Tuatha’an will stand and be struck down before even
raising a hand in defense. Their way is called the Way of the Leaf.
