The Band of the Red Hand are members of all ranks of society that have decided
to follow the will of Matrim Cauthon’s luck. They are a military guild, and
bide by the dictates of Mat’s authority: They accept no channelers within their
ranks. To join the Band Red Hand, speak to Burakh in the Band Camp to make your
Oaths. Give the resulting letter to a Band Officer.
