Buddy wannabe

The buddy command stores the names of up to 30 of your Mud friends
and tells you when they are online. Type BUDDY HELP for the correct
syntax.

Someone on your list that is marked as a Wannabe is not Buddy on both
people, as in one person has asked to be a buddy and the other has not
made you their buddy.
