Embrace

To weave weaves, you must grasp either Saidin or Saidar, and remember to
release the One Power. Grasp prepares you to open yourself to the Source,
and release brings you back to normal.

In the books, men would grasp and women would embrace. Both of these commands
are available to either gender within the game.
