Homes may be purchased for 3500 quest points per room, or 750 per piece of
furniture in the home. You must obtain a Home or Furniture token from your
local bank, then submit your information on the home order form page :

When the order is received a immortal will collect the token from you and build
your home. Each first room, which connects out to the street, will come with
a key so that you can lock out unwanted guests.

Do not confuse this with guild rooms – some guilds allow you to earn a private
room in your guild area, usually through RP or remorts. The homes built with QP
will be located in your hometown city of choice, and are infinitely expandable
– based on however many QP you wish to spend!
