Barges and riverboats are replacing the Transit Authorities for their more
roleplay methods of moving about the realm. Use EMBARK to board;your fee will be
extracted automatically. Type SCHEDULE to see what ships are leaving in that room
and in how long.

The trick to using the Barges is that you must remember to DISEMBARK at your
final destination. You don’t want to disembark too early– you’ll be stuck
in the water at that point, and if you can’t swim…hope for an Imm to be able
to rescue you. Ask nicely…
